What fits in 25, 50 and 100 hours

A new furniture product, with a 3D model and three angles on white, takes 6 to 10 hours of work; with a styled room shot, 17 to 25. Every task on the plan is measured this way and agreed before we start.

Task by task

How long does each 3D, website and automation task take?

Up to an hour

Small changes to work we have already made.

  • 20–30 minper angle — Another fabric or finish on a ready model
  • about 1 hper angle — Marketplace images from a ready model

1 to 10 hours

Most monthly tasks. Start fits two or three of them.

  • 1.5–2.5 h — New photos and prices for 10 productsUmberform
  • 1.5–5 h — Renders named, sorted and resized for the web by a small programUmberform
  • 2–3 hper angle — A close-up of the fabric, a seam or the hardware
  • 2–4 h — A new collection on a page template you already haveUmberform
  • 3–6 hper product — A 360° spin of a ready model
  • 3–6 htwo shots — The product in use — open, unfolded or taken apart
  • 5–8 h — A slow page made fast on phones, measured before and afterUmberform
  • 5–8 h — Website enquiries go to your CRM, with an email to the right personUmberform
  • 6–10 h — A new product: a 3D model and three angles on white
  • 6–10 h — A PDF price list for dealers, built from your spreadsheetUmberform

More than 10 hours

The bigger pieces. One of them takes most of a Start month.

  • 8–11 h — A new kind of page — fabrics, showroom, for designersUmberform
  • 8–13 h — A page written for Google and AI searchUmberform
  • 12–32 h — A weekly report, or Instagram enquiries sorted by AIUmberform
  • 17–25 h — A new product on white, plus one shot in a styled room
  • 20–32 hper scene — A room scene with several of your products

A light 3D file for your website and AR (GLB) — quoted for each model.

Why the small tasks are so small: the first image of a product carries the modelling. Every fabric, angle or spin after that reuses the same model. Website and automation tasks are done by Umberform, our sister studio — the same plan on umberform.com ↗

Hours of work are not calendar days. One product with three angles on white and a room scene takes seven working days on our paid pilot, once the brief is confirmed. The 30-SKU catalogue for Dragonfly Furniture took 6–8 weeks, and 15 wallpaper rooms for Huggleberry Hill took four weeks with three rounds of revisions.

Rules

How do the plan hours work?

Hours you don't use

Move to the next month, once. After that they expire.

A busy month

Add hours in blocks of 5, at your plan's rate, or move up a plan from the next payment.

A quiet month

Pause between collections, once a quarter — or let us take the next item from your improvement plan.

A task bigger than your plan

We split it across months, or you add hours for that month. A whole new website, a configurator or animation is quoted as a separate project.

A task that runs long

The first 15% over the estimate is on us. Past that, we stop and ask before going on.

Tasks at a time

One on Start, two on Grow and Scale. On Scale your tasks go first in our queue.

Not sure which plan fits?

Send us your website and your next collection. The free improvement plan lists what to do first, with the hours for each item — and from that, which plan, if any, makes sense.

No sales call — you get a document.
