Bronze and Bouclé — 3D Interior Rendering for a Melbourne interior design studio
Full scheme to sign-off in one presentation
Eighteen renders of a quiet Melbourne family home, built around a living room anchored by a long bronze-framed fireplace and a main bedroom wrapped in bouclé and dark timber. The set moves from wide frontal compositions down to the grain of a charred-oak stool and the loops of a bouclé armrest, delivered in 4 weeks so the studio could present the full scheme before a single piece was ordered.
Two rooms, one restrained palette
The brief was calm and tactile: warm white walls, sheer linen curtains, pale oak floors, and a handful of deliberate contrasts — a charred black stool, fluted bronze around the fireplace, a terracotta vase, a camel bouclé armchair. The studio needed the client to feel how few, carefully chosen objects could carry an entire home.
Wide views, then the materials up close
We shot the living room and bedroom the way an interiors photographer would: symmetrical frontal views, angled perspectives toward the garden, and then tight frames on the details that define the scheme — travertine meeting oak on the nesting tables, the fluted metal catching firelight, onyx lamps glowing against a padded headboard. Eighteen images in four weeks, each one answering a question the client would otherwise ask in a showroom.
Light that holds the set together
Soft, diffused daylight through sheer curtains runs through every frame, from the widest living room view to the closest texture study. Keeping light and colour consistent across eighteen images is what makes them read as one home — and what let the studio take the full scheme to sign-off in a single presentation.
