Four renders in two to three weeks for Vancouver developer JC Tycon — a craftsman-style infill duplex in Mount Pleasant, visualised for a permit submission and a real estate listing that ran while the homes were still at permit stage.
Permit stage and a listing at the same time
JC Tycon Developments builds infill housing in Vancouver, and this craftsman-style duplex in Mount Pleasant needed images for two jobs at once: a permit submission, and a real estate listing that would run while the homes were still at that stage. Both audiences needed to see a finished building, and neither could wait for one.
Four renders, two to three weeks
We delivered four renders in two to three weeks from brief to handover, and they were approved almost on the first pass. Our standard quote includes three rounds of revisions; this project used close to none of them, which usually says the brief and the reference material were clean rather than that the rendering got lucky.
Marketing a building nobody could visit
The renders ran with the listing while the site was still at permit stage, which means the marketing showed a home no buyer could walk through yet. For an infill developer that is the difference between selling on completion and selling through the build.
