BARN-HOUSE 3D RENDERING FOR A GERMAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

Holz Houses are our 3D architectural visualization work for a Berlin-based development company. Our main task was to present the product in the closest to reality yet attractive way to engage customers and private investors. Our client already owned a splendid, scenic plot of land and had blueprints of houses and necessary graphic materials for advertisement. 
The plot is rich in trees, bushes, and other greenery in the Berlin Brandenburg area. The tranquil atmosphere and the beauty of local nature impressed us much, so we decided to emphasize the charm of this place in the rendering. 
In order to save genius loci, we modeled a similar relief and placed the same trees, bushes, and other greens there. To preserve the place's forestish atmosphere, we gently situated the houses and public spaces on the plot.
With an eye to maintaining the local context, we made houses dissolve in the environment and simultaneously be a part of the whole picture. Moody and cozy houses organically fit into the forest and mutually reinforce each other. 
Last but not least, being a worthy product in itself, the houses sparkled with new colors and qualities reinforced by the serenity of their surroundings. In such a way, we managed to achieve the appropriate vibe and helped the client to present not just houses but the place at large.
